Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. Some items (e.g. innerwear, personalised products) may not be eligible; we will mention this on the product page.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to Order History, or contact us with your order number.
  2. Submit a return request and state the reason.
  3. We will confirm and share return instructions (e.g. pickup or self-ship).
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back. Keep the proof of shipment until the refund is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, we will credit your bank account (you may need to share bank details). Original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please place a return and place a new order for the correct variant. We will process the refund as above once the return is received.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
